Recipe & Tips:

  1. Add 15g of vegetable mix to cold water(180ml) and soak for about 3 minutes
  2. Put pancake flour(80g) in a container and mix well with a spoon
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and spread it thinly
  4. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown
