In Korea, dried pollock is boiled with bean sprouts and enjoyed with rice for breakfast, or as hangover soup as they are both delicious and effective in helping hangovers.

How to Cook: 
(For Stove): Unpack the product and pour it into a cooking pot. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
(Microwave): Pour contents into a microwave-safe container and heat for 4 minutes.
(Boil): Heat the whole bag in boiling water for 5 minutes.
