Cheon-An Byungcheon Soondae 1lb

Byungcheon in Cheon-An city is located in South Chungcheong Province, famous for its soondae. Old grandmas started selling homemade soondae on the streets of Byungcheon 50~60 years ago with the secret recipe that's been handing down from generations. Now thousands come to the town from all of Korea just to enjoy the unique taste of Byungcheon soondae.  With the same recipe, Cheon-An Byungcheon Soondae was created in the U.S.! Inspected by USDA, it is locally made in a safe and clean facility to ensure safety and the delicious taste for the American consumers.

Ingredients: Noodles (sweet potato starch), ground port snouts, beef blood (0.5% sodium citrate), sweet rice, tapioca starch (tapioca, water), pork lard (BHT, citric acid), yellow chili peppers (whole pickle cascabella peppers, water, vinegar, salt, calcium chloride (firming agent), sodium bisulfite (as a preservative), turmeric (color), and yellow #5 (color), salt, soup stock beef flavor (salt, soy sauce powder (soy bean, salt, wheat, water), beef extract (less than 2%), corn starch, monosodium glutamate, black pepper powder, glucose, sugar, onion, garlic), garlic powder, soybean oil, ginger, monosodium glutamate, onion powder, black pepper powder, stuffed with natural casing.

Contains soybean, wheat.

Heating Instructions:

1. Remove the link from the vacuum bag and slice the links 1.5 cm thickness. Place on a plate covering the plate with a plastic wrap. 
2. Heat for 3 minutes (5 minutes for frozen links) in a microwave. 
3. Add a few drops of sesame oil to make soondae shiny and more tasty.
4. Serve with salt & pepper or Ssamjang according to your taste.

STORAGE: Keep frozen or refrigerated.
