Elevate the flavor of your dishes with the delicious and highly versatile premium Jeju Traditional Fish Soy Sauce straight from the famous shores of Jeju Island!

This sauce isn’t your conventional fish sauce made from basic ingredients and aging methods. This premium fish soy sauce is produced using restored traditional techniques from Korean history with all-natural, high-quality, and domestically sourced supplementary ingredients that ensure its fantastic taste and healthy nutrients. Every summer fresh, healthy bluefish and mackerel are caught in the clear waters off of Jeju Island by local Korean fisherman. The fish is then marinated in beautifully formed sun salt crystals from Jeju before being expertly sealed in traditional Onggi (Korean earthenware pots) for more than a year! After the first stage of primary fermentation, the Onggi seals are broken so an optimized blend of all-natural dried radish, sea kelp, and citrus can be added to begin the second phase of fermentation. The fish is then matured for an additional 6 months before beginning ripening stages which takes at least three years! These nutritionally-rich supplementary ingredients add even more layers of flavor as well as key vitamins and nutrients that make this sauce the perfect cooking ingredient for a wide variety of traditional and contemporary Asian dishes, seafood, soups, and sauces.

This extensive and meticulously detailed process produces a premium natural fish extract with amazingly deep and complex layers of flavor without relying on special seasonings such as MSG, flavor enhancers, preservatives or additives. All you need is one or two spoonfuls to bless your dishes with the premium, natural, and unique flavors of Jeju Island with Jeju Fish Soy Sauce!
