What is Gamtae Seaweed?
Gamtae (so-called Ecklonia Cava) is an unique type of seaweed that only grows in the uncontaminated clean coastal sea waters. It is a fine delicacy with a great flavor and aroma. Gamtae contains high level of vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, and other beneficial nutrients.
