CJ Baeksul Sweet Korean Pancake Mix is an easy way to make sweet Korean pancake (Hotteok) dessert!
- Make the Dough: Add 180 mls of warm water, a bag of the instant dry yeast (4g), and the Sweet Korean Pancake Mix (296g) into a bowl and stir/knead for about 5 minutes.
- Put some cooking oil on the palm of your hands and divide the dough into 8 balls. Flatten each ball and add a spoonful of filling to the center. Fold the dough and press the edges to seal in the filling.
- Lightly oil and preheat a pan over low heat. Cook until it becomes golden brown. Flip and flatten with a spatula.
- Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
Please do not cook in a microwave. Keep refrigerated after opening.
