Try Ottogi's Chicken Frying Mix to make delicious Korean fried chicken!

Cooking Directions:
Ingredients you need: chicken (1.5kg), Ottogi chicken frying mix 200g, vegetable oil, cold water 200ml

1. wash the chicken thoroughly, cut it up into easy-to-eat sizes and put them in a bowl.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 200g of frying mix, 200ml of cold water and blend well.
3. Dip the chicken into the batter.
4. Bring the oil temperature to about 340°F and fry the chicken for about 8 to 10 minutes.
