Natural Matsutake mushrooms are pure natural mushrooms that are harvested in small quantities from the mountain forests in Korea every fall from early September to late October. Each mushroom is wild-grown away from natural cultivation and collected by Daesol Farming. Matsutake mushrooms are packed with nutrients like B vitamins, protein, copper, potassium, zinc, and selenium.
The Daesol Farming Association is located in Yangyang, Gangwon-do, the largest producer of Matsutake pine mushrooms and Korean Neung mushrooms.
