- Begin by poaching chicken pieces in boiling water at high heat. After approx 5 minutes, discard water.
- Add three cups of water or enough to slightly submerge the chicken and bring it to a boil after adding the Sampyo seasoning sauce. Boil for an additional 15 minutes at medium heat.
- Finally, add potatoes, chopped onion, and diced carrots to boiling at medium heat for about 20 minutes before finishing with chopped green onion.
