This conveniently ready-made Braised Semi-dried Pollock (Kodari Jjim or Kodari Jorim) is savory, delicious and so simple to make! 8 minutes is all you need! Simply place the cleaned & trimmed fish in a pan and add the sauce over the fish. Cover and cook for about 8 minutes. Try adding radish, bean sprouts, or any vegetables to your liking.

How to Prepare:
1. Place semi-dried pollock in a pan, add the sauce over the fish. Add 2~3 cups of water. Add radish, bean sprouts, or any vegetables to your liking.
2. Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Boil for about 8 minutes.
3. Serve with rice.
