How do I become a member? 

Once you sign into your SeoulMills account, you will automatically be enrolled in the SeoulMills membership. All existing SeoulMills customers become members of the SeoulMills membership without the hassle of having to sign up again. An account number will be issued to you and can be seen on your “My Account” page.

What do I get for signing up? 

As a SeoulMills member, you earn points for in-store credit based on your shopping. It's our way of acknowledging our loyal customers and thanking you for shopping with us.

Every dollar spent at SeoulMills.com earns you one point which accrues to in-store credit and discounts: 

  • For every 100 points, members earn $1 of in-store credit
  • Every year members receive 200 free points on their birthday
  • Sharing SeoulMills posts and products earn 200 points per post upon verification with SeoulMills

What if there is an issue with my product? 

  • Our promise is to resolve any issues or concerns you may have in a timely and satisfying manner. 
  • Please contact info@SeoulMills.com to request a replacement or refund.
  • In the case of product defects or misdelivery, all costs will be borne by SeoulMills. 
  • Exchange and refunds can only be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

When will my order ship?

Thank you for placing your order with Seoul Mills. Our processing time is 1-4 business days and may change depending on the volume of orders. Our team works hard to send out all shipments as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, an email with the tracking information will be sent to your inbox.  

How much is shipping? 

  • We offer free shipping for non-frozen items if your order totals over US $99.00 
  • All non-frozen / ground shipping orders below US $99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $6.95.
  • Available for shipping anywhere in the US. Additional shipping charge applies to Hawaii or Alaska. 
  • Products marked as 'Separate Free Shipping' will be delivered free of charge regardless of order amount. Take advantage while you can! 
  • For Mills Express (Frozen or refrigerated foods) orders, we offer free shipping for orders over $169.00. 
  • All Mills Express orders below US $169 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $18.95.
  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

How can I track my order? 

  • Once you place your order and shipment starts, you will receive a registered “Invoice Number”. 
  • Use this invoice number for real time tracking and delivery status.  

Can I cancel my order? 

  • Order cancellations can only be made before shipment. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will have to send it back before receiving a refund. 

What if my package is lost, stolen or delayed?

  • We do not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages in transit or delayed deliveries. We do not have control over where the delivery service places your package. 
  • You will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number for your convenience. You will also receive an email notification when it gets delivered. 
  • We do not hold responsibility for the delivery location on the specified premises or change of location requested by customer.
  • For lost or delayed packages, we can file a claim for you. It usually takes 8~10 business days for the delivery service to get back to us.

What if my package is returned to you?  

  • If undeliverable package is returned to us, we will cancel the order and process the refund right away. However, if it was returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the shipping cost will be deducted. We have to pay for extra shipping cost when undeliverable packages return to us. Extra shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund. 

What if I forget my username/password?  

  • If you forget your password, just select the Login tab at the top right of the homepage and enter “forgot my password” to reset. 
  • If you forgot your username and email associated with your account, email us at info@SeoulMills.com and our customer service staff will happily assist you. 

Will my credit card transaction be secure? 

  • SeoulMills features an advanced and reliable security system that applies SSL (HTTPS) encrypted communication to all pages. 
  • All data, entered both by the user and SeoulMills, is encrypted before being sent into the system. 
  • We strive to only require the absolute minimum amount of personal information from our members for ordering and shipping to keep their privacy intact. 
  • Any information that is provided is sent encrypted for your peace of mind. 

What is Separate Free Shipping?

Separate Free Shipping items are our collection of specially selected Seoul Mills items that receive FREE two-day delivery for frozen/refrigerated products and FREE regular delivery for heavy products! These specific items require either cold storage to stay fresh or need special care due to its size or content of the product. 

NOTE: While Separate Free Shipping items automatically receive FREE two-day shipping, other Seoul Mills items still fall under normal shipping rates. To receive free shipping, users must reach a total of $100 US of Seoul Mills products NOT including Separate Free Shipping products in their order as they are shipped separately.

Why is my refunded amount less than the price of the product?

Full or partial refunds on orders with coupons applied, you will see a weighted average refund price applied. We do not provide cash value back for coupons. 
 

Return Policy 

Mills Express or Separate Free Shipping items (Frozen or refrigerated foods) are not eligible for return. There will be no exceptions.

You can apply for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the item for unopened items that are in its original condition.  Handling fee of 20% will be charged for non-defective or non-damaged items.

Please email info@SeoulMills.com to request a replacement or refund.

Return label will be provided for returns of defective or damaged items.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges of non-defective or non-damaged items will be paid for by the customer.

Refunds can take up to 5 to 7 business days to process and appear in your original source of payment. 

*All Clearance items are final. No exchanges or refunds can be made for clearance items (unless damaged during transit).

Return Policy for all Cuchen Rice Cookers:

Please note that all Cuchen Rice Cooker returns will be handled by Cuchen Service Center. Please call us at 562-471-5757 or email us at info@seoulmills.com and we will connect you to Cuchen Service Center.

If you are not satisfied with your Cuchen purchase or it is defective, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and boxes with all accessories. Return authorization will be denied if the item is damaged, or missing accessories such as manual, cup, scoop, steam cover, or dew dish. Item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of manufacturer's defect. Handling fee of 20% will be charged for non-defective or non-damaged items.  Seoul Mills will connect you to Cuchen service center so you can receive RMA confirmation number. All returns must be authorized by Cuchen service center, with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation. All returns without RMA confirmation will be denied.
