곱창집에서 조금씩 나오던 양을 이렇게 잔뜩 맛볼 수 있어서 좋았어요. 느끼하지 않고 쫄깃쫄깃한 식감때문에 계속 먹게 되네요. 이미 조리된 상태라 후라이팬에 중불로 10분 정도 볶아서 바로 먹어도 되니 간편하고 좋네요. 다음에는 순대랑 같이 깻잎이랑 들깨가루 더 넣어서 같이 순대볶음으로 만들어 먹어봐야겠어요.
