Made using traditional methods, this salt is produced by compacting living tidal flats and mixing clean direct water from the sea.

Natural Flower Salt is a very fine-grained salt produced by aging unrefined salt, which floats like flowers in water, for over three years.
It is scooped out of the salt pan with a sieve, the brine is drained, and it is stored separately.

Due to its low sodium content, it can be used for cooking in all dishes.
