Famous Korean Ulleungdo Squids (Oh Jing Uh), caught only in clean and fresh waters. It is the best quality dried squid you can find in the market! Dried in clean, pollution-free air in order to maintain nutrients and taste at the shores of Ulleungdo. The meat is thicker and a lot more savory than your regular squid (the more you chew, the sweeter it gets!).
Tips:
- Put it in boiling water for about 1 minute and serve for softer and chewier tasting squid.
- Try cooking it over the open flames for scorched meat. It's easier to chew and you get the smoky flavor.
