*Dream Beyond Dream* by Ko Do-won, the operator of *Ko Do-won's Morning Letter*. We often live thinking that the world is boring. We wander aimlessly through the schools and workplaces we must attend every day. Among us, there are likely those striving to achieve their dreams, and others who have already achieved them.

The author, a dreamer himself, asks those who have lost their dreams and those who remain unhappy despite achieving them, "Do you have a dream beyond your dream right now?" He emphasizes that dreams are always in progress and do not simply end at a certain moment. The "dream beyond dream" that the author speaks of is "the dream that follows the realization of a dream."

This book demonstrates the evolution of dreams. It presents the world of "dreams beyond dreams," which will help us find the true meaning of life. The author states that we will be happy if we have dreams. However, he emphasizes that our lives will become excellent if we possess dreams beyond our dreams. This is because we do not think that life is complete simply by achieving a dream, but rather we create a dream that has evolved beyond it, moving forward step by step toward a more developed life.

Go Do-won, the author who sends out *Go Do-won's Morning Letter*—a vitamin for the mind every morning—served as the Editor-in-Chief of *Yonsei Chunchu*, the Yonsei University student newspaper. He also worked as the owner of the wedding dress shop "Happy Door" before working as a reporter for *Deep-Rooted Tree* and *JoongAng Ilbo*. From 1998, he worked for five years as a Speech Secretary (Grade 1) at the Blue House. Currently, as the host of *Go Do-won's Morning Letter*, he opens up a vigorous morning every day with approximately 1.8 million readers (as of April 2007). Just as his late father served as a mentor who strengthened him through reading, he established the Morning Letter Cultural Foundation to seek meaningful work for this era. He is currently pursuing the construction of , a meditation center nestled in a beautiful forest, so that not only our generation but also the next can recharge their bodies and minds. In 2006, he was selected and awarded as one of the "100 People Who Made the World Brighter" by the Korea Green Foundation.

He graduated from the Department of Visual Design at Hongik University and its graduate school. After working as an art reporter for the JoongAng Ilbo Publishing Bureau, he served as an adjunct professor at Hongik University. He created cover art for various magazines, including *The Seoul Arts Center* and *Monthly JoongAng*. His work includes book illustrations for *Paparagi* and *Habits of the Mind*, as well as picture book illustrations for *Hey, It's Raining*, *I Love the Stars*, and *Lizard, Lizard, Make It Rain*. In 2005, he won the for his picture book *The Tiger*. He lives and works in Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul, alongside his wife, a graphic designer.
