* Recipe for Shredded Pollock (Recipe may vary depending on preference)
- Cut into bite-sized pieces, then lightly stir-fry in a dry pan. (To remove fishy odor)
- Add the seasoning ingredients (excluding corn syrup) evenly to the pan and stir-fry. Once boiling, add the shredded pollock and stir-fry thoroughly.
- Turn off the heat, add the corn syrup, and stir quickly. Finally, add whole sesame seeds and pine nuts and stir again to complete a delicious stir-fried shredded pollock dish.
* Storage Method
- Please store in the freezer, as it becomes hard if dried out too much.
