In the far west of Gyeongsangnamdo, Geochang is widely recognized for its premium rice and grains.  Job's Tears, also known as adlay and Yulmu in Korean, has been used for centuries in folk medicine to treat various health conditions such as high cholesterol, allergies, arthritis and more.  Try mixing it with rice to make yulmu rice or making a delicious tea!

Storage Suggestion:

Put grains in an airtight plastic or glass container.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Note the name of the grain and the expiration date on the container.
