Gippeum Farm began when I took over shiitake mushroom farming from my father, who had cultivated them for over 30 years. As a young farmer, I started selling organic shiitake mushrooms grown by myself under the name Gibeum Farm, and later expanded to producing and selling sword bean tea and natural seasonings.
