We use genuine solid Hinoki cypress wood, not cheap synthetic wood or young Hinoki cypress, so you can experience the subtle scent of Hinoki cypress as soon as you open the box.

- There is a difference in size between the steamer and the stainless steel pot, so food may leak if cooked in the steamer with a lot of liquid.
