Cooking Instructions
1. Thaw the sundae while refrigerated. Do not open the vacuum pack containing the sundae; place it directly into boiling water and boil for about 7 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and let it sit in the pot for another 5 minutes.
2. Remove the sundae from the vacuum pack and let it cool completely for 7 to 10 minutes.
3. Lightly rinse the enclosed vegetables under running water, remove all moisture, and cut them to your liking.
4. Lightly coat a frying pan with oil, add the vegetables, and stir-fry evenly over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Add the sundae, stir-fry sauce, and 20ml of water, then stir-fry together over low heat for 7 to 8 minutes. * Please be careful as the sundae may break apart if stir-fried for too long. * You can enjoy a more hearty meal by adding various toppings such as perilla leaves, perilla powder, garlic, and rice cakes according to your preference.
