1. Add 500mL of water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
2. Once the water boils, add the sauce and frozen fish cakes or fried tofu, and simmer for about 3–4 minutes.
3. Add the frozen Sanuki Udon noodles and simmer for another 2 minutes.
4. Place the cooked udon in a bowl and sprinkle with the enclosed seasoning packet.
Tip: Depending on your preference, you can add napa cabbage, green onions, Cheongyang chili peppers, bok choy, etc., and simmer together to create a hearty bowl.
