Starting with fish cakes made using a recipe from an Osaka fish cake artisan, and extending to plump Sanuki udon noodles and a savory bonito-based sauce, nothing has been cut short. It goes without saying that it is incredibly convenient, as it is ready simply by boiling the ingredients together. How to Cook

1. Add 500mL of water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
2. Once the water boils, add the sauce and frozen fish cakes or fried tofu, and simmer for about 3–4 minutes.
3. Add the frozen Sanuki Udon noodles and simmer for another 2 minutes.
4. Place the cooked udon in a bowl and sprinkle with the enclosed seasoning packet.
Tip: Depending on your preference, you can add Napa cabbage, green onions, Cheongyang chili peppers, or bok choy to simmer together for a hearty bowl.
* Please store frozen at a temperature of -18°C or below. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
* The black dots occasionally seen on the fish cakes are part of the fish meat. There is no issue with the quality, so you can eat with confidence.
