How to Use

Apply 1g (approx. 3cm) to a toothbrush and massage the gums twice a day (morning and evening).

Since it is a toothpaste-type gum treatment, simply squeeze it onto a toothbrush like regular toothpaste and brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning and evening.
