Stir-Fried Udon Recipe (1 Serving)

1. Start with udon noodles (400g), all-purpose stir-fry soy sauce (100g), 5 strips of bacon, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, and paprika. 

2. Chop vegetables and bacon.

3. Boil the udon noodles for 3 minutes.

4. Add cooking oil and garlic in a heated pan, stir-fry until garlic is brown before adding bacon and vegetables.

5. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat.

6. Add udon noodles and all-purpose seasoning and stir-fry for 3 minutes over high heat.
