Create your own delicious udon noodles right at home with Myeongawon Suyeon Dried Udon Noodles! These high-quality noodles feature the iconic flat, thick udon shape and delightfully soft, plump, and chewy texture. Made from all-natural ingredients, these udon noodles are the perfect meal to warm up during cold winters! 

The dough is collected early in the morning and kneaded before undergoing a meticulous process of 12 stages and 8 maturation processes. Only after 28 hours of careful processing are the noodles finally ready. Simply boil for about 15 minutes and let simmer for 2 minutes for deliciously soft and chewy noodles! In addition to udon, you can also make more Korean noodle dishes such as jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), kalguksu, and much more!  


  • Boil 4 cups (1 liter) of water before adding noodles. 
  • Boil for 15 minutes before lowering to a simmer for about 2 minutes. 
  • Take out of water and rinse 2-3 times in warm water. 
  • Conveniently packaged into 20 portions.
