Korean Pickled Onion Recipe

  • Slice one onion thinly and add about ⅔ cup of flavored soy sauce. 
  • You can serve and enjoy immediately! 

Korean Pickled Garlic 

  • Add ⅔ cup of flavored soy sauce to about 20 garlic cloves (80g). 
  • Let it sit to ferment and ripen for 5-7 days at room temperature. 
  • Refrigerate after 5-7 days.  
  • Serve and enjoy! 

Korean Pickled Chili Peppers 

  • Slice about 10 Korean chili peppers at 1 cm thick. 
  • Add ⅔ cup of flavored soy sauce and ripen for 5-7 days at room temperature. 
  • Keep refrigerated after ripening. 
  • Serve and enjoy! 

When making pickled vegetables, try boiling the flavored soy sauce once before adding to the prepared vegetables.
