Every 50g bag of the onion powder contains about 840g of raw onions. High-quality Korea grown onions are expertly cleaned and freeze-dried to preserve the taste, nutrients, and freshness of its original form. Safe, healthy, and free from any harmful additives.  The Korean onions are sent to a specialized HACCP facility where they are freeze-dried instantly at -35°C in a vacuum.
