Skip the hassle of mincing ginger. Just add 1 tsp. of water to these Freeze Dried Minced Garlic tablets, and they'll become ready-to-use minced ginger, right before your eyes. The ginger can be used in dishes when you want an extra kick of flavor, or in teas when you need a boost of immunity. All ingredients used are 100% domestically grown in Korea.
Directions: Add a tsp of water for each tablet and use.
