Enjoy Korean Acorn Jelly with ease with this Acorn Jelly Powder. Simply mix the powder with water any time you wish to enjoy acorn jelly by adding it to your salad or even just alone with some marinade and soy sauce!
1. In a pot, mix 1 cup of Acorn Jelly Powder and 1 cup of water and mix until powder is completely dissolved.
2. Heat over medium heat, continuing to stir, then add salt to taste.
3. When the mixture begins to thicken and the color darkens, turn to low heat and continue to boil for 15 minutes (keep stirring from time to time to make sure it doesn't stick to the pot).
4. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Once cooled, pour water over the acorn jelly (this is to prevent the acorn jelly from becoming hard and bitter) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
