Goyang Kawaji Rice comes from Daehwa-dong, a village in Korea where rice farming first started. Customers love our Goyang Kawaji rice because of its unique texture (between regular rice and glutinous rice) and taste. 

Because our Goyang Kawaji Rice is made without preservatives, it is best to store rice in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Most rice packages have tiny holes to allow the rice to breathe, so it's is not completely sealed. 

Directions:
Do not soak. 
Use a ratio of 1 cup of water to 1 cup of rice.
