Gunsan Jjambbong Ramen is the exact replica of Gunsan's famous seafood Jjambbong noodle soup. The noodles contain white barley, potatoes, and wheat, all grown locally in Gunsan, making it delightfully chewy, savory, and comfortable to digest. The liquid soup base is made with locally caught seafood including squid, mussel, and seaweed.
Noodles: barley flour, potato starch palm oil, modified starch, gluten, wheat flour, salt, acidity regulator, guar gum, noodles added alkali agent, vitamin B2
Sauce: Gunsan Special Seafood sauce (squid concentrate: squid extract, dextrin, salt, glucose, glycine), sodium L-glutamate, salt, mussel extract
Dry Soup Base: Freeze-dried squid, dried seaweed, dried green onion, dried carrot, dried shrimp
- Bring 500~550ml of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add noodles and sauce packs and cook for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add egg, green onion, hot pepper, or any toppings you like!
- Remove the pan from the heat.
