Featuring top-quality Korean kelp produced and harvested in Wando, Jeolla-do off the southern coast of Korea. Grown in the gentle low and slow tides for wide, thin kelp with a soft and chewy texture. The kelp is cultivated for 6 months from the beginning of October every year before being collected from May to July. It’s then dried by hand in the stiff Korean sea breeze and natural sunlight before being cut into pieces for convenience.
