Roasted barley for tea. Each kernel is carefully gathered and put in a traditional rice pop machine to roast.
Directions: Add about 15-30g of kernels to 2L of water. Boil for about 3-7 minutes and let it cool. Remove kernels and serve or place tea in fridge.
