Korean Braised Short-Rib Stew Recipe (serves 4): 

2.2lbs Beef ribs, 1.5" thick cubed white radish, 50g cubed carrot, 200g quartered onions, 1liter water

1. Blanch beef ribs in boiling water to remove fat and grease. Dispose of water.

2. Add sauce, water, and beef ribs and boil for 45 minutes.

3. Add vegetables and simmer for 45 minutes.

4. Serve and enjoy! 

Korean Bulgogi Recipe (serves 4): 

500g thinly sliced beef, 200g sliced onion, 50g sliced scallion, 50g sliced carrot

1. Marinate beef in the sauce for 10 minutes.

2. Cut vegetables into thin slices

3. Stir fry beef first, then add vegetables.

4. Serve and enjoy!
