A lower calorie rice option for those looking for something a little lighter than regular rice. Each serving totals to only 105 calories, and is filled with nutrients such as calcium and vitamin C. Made with aronia and a tapioca mixture to give a pleasurably chewy texture in every bite.
Store in cool & dry place.
Directions: Cook konjac rice as you would regular rice. If you'd like a chewier texture, reduce water level by 10%.
You can also mix the konjac rice with regular rice.
