CHEONGSOL PUNCHBOWL Instant Radish Leaves (Siraegi) Soybean Paste Soup is a simple way to make a hearty and healthy soup for a bowl of rice! Just add water and stir! You wouldn't believe this is an instant soup when you taste it! It has the savory, deep flavor of the traditional homemade soybean soup.

The radish greens are sourced from the Punchbowl, Haean Basin in Yanggu county, Gangwong province in Korea.  The name was given by UN Forces during the Korean War due to its bowl-shaped basin. The radish greens are dried in the chill breeze and clean air of the area.  Once made into a delicious soup, it is freeze-dried to keep the original flavor, texture, and all of the nutrients intact. 

Perfect for camping, hiking, or whenever you need a quick, delicious, and healthy meal. 

Cooking Directions:

1. Pour 170ml of water and 1 bag of Instant Radish Green Soup into a bowl and stir well. 
2. Enjoy with a bowl of rice!

Ingredients: Soybean paste (soybean, wheat, salt, wheat corn, fermented soybean), dried radish leaves, green onion, starch syrup, red pepper paste, onion, kelp extract, potato powder, red pepper, garlic, rice powder, monosodium glutamate, flavor enhancer.

Storage: Away from direct sunlight at room temperature.
