They are then dried through traditional methods and packaged in HACCP-certified facilities in order to ensure only clean, high-quality products. These berries are known for their 5 flavors: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and spicy. Due to its slightly bitter and acidic aftertaste, it is recommended to leave these berries in the water for about a day before drinking.

Cooking Directions:
1. Place 20g of berries (wash first) in 2L of hot water.
2. Leave berries in water for about a day.
3. Add sugar or honey according to preference for a sweeter taste.
4. Recommended to drink 2-3 times a day.
Tip: Boil a large quantity at once and keep refrigerated for more convenient access.
