Simply soak the seaweed mix in cold water for about 3 to 5 minutes, drain the water and add with the savory and tart lemon dressing for a delicious seaweed salad. Cooking Directions:
1. Soak seaweed in cold water for 3 to 5 minutes, drain the water.
2. Add lemon dressing and mix well.
3. If you are sensitive to the smell of seaweed, vinegar can be added to boiling water to remove the aroma.
Tip: For a crisp texture, after draining the water, put the seaweed in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes before eating!
