Recipe & Tips:
- Add 15g of vegetable mix to cold water(180ml) and soak for about 3 minutes
- Put pancake flour(80g) in a container and mix well with a spoon
- Heat oil in a frying pan and spread it thinly
- Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown
*Add vegetables or seafood according to your preference
- Pan Frying Powder: Wheat flour, pancake powder seasoning mix [sugar, refined salt, Baking powder), L-glutamate sodium (flavor enhancer), Onion powder 70, Garlic Powder 70, Black Pepper Powder, Gardenia Yellow]
