Sempio Katsuo Noodle Soup (Garak-Udon) is a delightfully hearty noodle soup made with Katsuo seafood stock, dried anchovies, and kelp.
1. Put 3 1/4 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. When the water boils, add the noodles and Katsuo soup base, and boil for 5 minutes.
3. Add fried tofu, kimchi, green onion, or any vegetables to your liking.
